[請益] nonmeritorious litigation的意思
Arens課本裡在講審計人員的法律責任時有一段話：
The AICPA and the profession as a whole can do a number of things
to reduce practitioners' exposure to lawsuits:
1.Seek protection from nonmeritorious litigation
2........
Seek protection from nonmeritorious litigation
直翻好像是 "從沒有價值的訴訟中尋求保護"
感覺有點怪，
請問該怎麼理解這句話呢?
