有個疑問... 作southern時. Marker為何也會hy出訊號？. 我的marker有10個條帶. 結果幾乎每個條帶都有訊號. 當然訊號是相當弱啦. 可是如果以序列互補才會hy上的觀點來看. Marker有訊號不是很不合理嗎？. 有沒有人知道這怎麼解釋呢. --. ☆ [Origin:椰林風
