請問一下Tet-off Tet-on 是什麼啊??. 最近上課上到 但是不是很懂. 好像是tTA DNA bind到 tetO(?)位置 會active transcription?. 還有什麼rtTA也是bind到tetO 也會開始transcription?. 實在不是很懂. 可以請懂這個的麻煩
