真是新奇 第一次看到可以用其他promoter增強luc的表現量的做法 請問這樣transcription initiation site算誰的？ 算妳的promoter還是SV40 promoter? Enhancer如妳所看到的也有可能干擾SV40 活性 總覺得這個方法不太對妳現在該做的就是直接
