Drug-resistant細胞株在maintain時當然會持續加藥. 可是在操作實驗時加藥的目的是什麼？. 大多數drug-resistant (Gem-R)都是跟parental或sensitive (Gem-S)比較. 如果前者加藥後者沒加，兩株不同的培養條件怎麼比呢. 舉個一定面臨的例子.
