[請益] 請問"軟質"食物 怎麼區分呢?

因為醫生要我暫時只能吃"軟質"食物
軟質食物哪些算是呢? 蛋餅很軟阿~蘿蔔糕很軟阿~麵線糊很軟阿~煮爛的麵也很軟阿...
唉阿 那相對來說 "固體"食物有有哪些咧? 我只想到硬梆梆的烤肉應該是固體...
我好煩惱= = 哪些是軟質阿 稀飯我知道是軟的 除了稀飯呢?蒸蛋也是軟的...
我有看過人家吃麵線 麵線軟嘛???
