lack 這個字的有vi & vt 但是不太清楚他們之間的差異，查過幾本字典後也發現意思上滿相似的請問該如何辨別呢? 查過Merriam-Webster, Collins, BNC 等有關lack as a (vi) 的用法後，對於 lack for 的用法更困惑了，Merriam-Webster 和 Collins 都有此用法，但因為BNC只有七筆資料，不知道是否lack for這種用法不popular呢? 謝謝您查到的資料如下: Merriam-Webster 1: to be deficient or missing <time is lacking for a full explanation> 2: to be short or have need of something <he will not lack for advisers> Collins when intr, often foll by in or for to be deficient (in) or have need (of) BNC的七筆資料 994 With Ian Botham and Dean Jones, to name but two of their expensively-acquired team, they will not lack for attractive or high-class cricketers.
