'cuz not all of us are familiar with each other.. it may cause the situation:Every time we get involved with different people...therefore we gotta to make a brief introduction every time... So...we might staying where we originally were...my suggestion is that we divided into a "fixed" team..and for a cycle(like 3 months.. depends on the frequency we hold the discussion)..then we break the team.. and reorganize... that's what I suggest...u may modify or totally reverse it...:)...
