[請益] TD開戶遇到的問題
禮拜一按照網路上開戶心得 寫好了申請表 護照 W表 英文地址
寄信開戶後 收到了回信 還附了空白的申請表
1. Please submit a signed Account Application. The application submitted was
not signed.
2. The application submitted did not have the Agree/Disagree checkboxes
marked within the Client Agreement. Please submit an updated application
with the appropriate boxes selected or you can complete the attached Account
Application.
3. Bank or brokerage statement dated within the past 6 months for each
account owner matching the name and address provided on the Account
Application.
1 2點不太確定哪裡填錯 所以打算直接回填它附的檔案
不過跟網路開戶步驟就有點不同
3 決定直接去申請戶籍謄本
新的空白表有些地方不確定怎麼填
還請有經驗的大大幫忙解答
