小弟有投資英國的封閉型基金
其中有一檔TFIF，券商提供下列訊息
有點難懂，想請教版上高手，其意思大概為何?
TWENTYFOUR INCOME FUND LTD has announced a subscription rights offering.
Subscription rights under the symbol TFIF.RTS for the basic offer and
TFIF.EXS for the excess offer have been issued for 2019-04-15. Basic Rights
were issued at a ratio of 1:4 while the Excess Rights were issued at a ratio
of 201:1.
Terms of the offer are as follows:
Subscription ratio: 1 share for every 1 right subscribed
Subscription price: GBP 1.1569
TFIF.RTS Trading Period: Not applicable
TFIF.EXS Trading Period: Not applicable
Short close out date: Not applicable
Minimum rights required to exercise: 1
Is over-subscription available: Yes
Restricted Countries: Australia, Canada, Ireland, Japan, South Africa, United
States.
