(E) Although the benefits of artificial-hip implant surgery have remained substantially the same over the past decade, the price of the surgery has risen considerably. ans : C 我覺得是 B耶 ... 題意: 科學家之前認為人工屁屁是安全的，但現在發現會增加接受者得到癌症的風險當它們使用超過45年，雖然人工屁改善了接受者的quality of life，得癌症的代價卻是不能接受的，所以移植人工屁要被banned。問 counterargument B. 移植人工屁的人很難再活大於30yrs==> weaken argument。 C. a few of the cancers they induce are not fatal = many of the carers they induce are fatal ==> support.
