a 的動詞是用found加受詞the noise再搭配受詞補語not continuous來修飾. 而b是直接用was一個動詞再加not(主動）來修飾noise. 因此就結構平行的程度上來看. b是比a要工整 呼應後面的but consisted of....(主動). 個人淺見 歡迎大家討論指教.
