GMAT的規則裡沒有allow that 這種用法. 相對而言，so that 會比 such that更偏好一點. 且主詞是design，應該用allows（主動一致）同樣是主動一致的問題allow for it to...改成標準用法allow it to...更好。allow that可以直接
