[問題] relevant和兩題計量
1.為什麼relevant 與crucial有關而不是disjointed
2.If R is an integer, then R* is equal to R. If R is a non-integerreal number,
then R* is equal to one more than the least integer greater than R. For example,
3*=3 and (0.5)*=2. What is the value of 5*+(-0.2)*?
