由於時差關係，下午剛考完台灣已經早上了順序是 I-A-V-Q-V V:700+ Q:800 第一個V是加考，第一題就遇到不會的，很慌張閱讀超難，不過看到是新題目(新題型代表是加考的V) 就放心了但這個V寫完後超累完全沒想到自己的分數會那麼高 Verbal遇到很多機經，雖然29日剛換題庫，但是這三天重複性很高也多虧有機經，才有時間慢慢寫閱讀。可能再過幾天就換題庫了大家好好把握這幾天的機經吧回報題目，題目幾乎全背出來了不過有一兩題會是第一個section的因為算一算下面的題目會有32題 1. evoke<> repress (第一題) hasten<>check inalienable:surrendered = ? gullible: chicanery = servile : domination corpulent<>thin DISCOMMODE<>assist curmudgeon <>agreeable person squabble : dispute = foible : failure malign: complimentary= disaffect : contentment apologize: regret=gibe: derision vigilant:entrapped＝exacting:satisfied friable <> not easily crumbled potable <>undrinkable ingrained <> one time HARBINGER : PRESAGE = archetype : exemplify importune <> restrain to urging taciturn <> voluble serenity some report suggests that allergy _________ by Aspirin is sparse ; indeed, Aspirin _______ asthma. Reading 一個有名的牙醫卻認為蛀牙的細菌其實對人類是有益處的(第一句)。然後解釋為什麼第一題是問這文章在講什麼: 講一個新穎的觀念第二題是從文章的第一句中，作者對此的態度: 第一句是有點諷刺的，擁有崇高聲譽的牙醫(或牙齒研究員)卻對自己職業要處理的問題抱持有益的態度? 答案應該是不贊同的。長閱 actress 第一段講說英國影院醫直到1630年England Civil War 之後才出現專業的女演員。為什麼? 開始舉出很多人的觀點然後一一反駁。第二段作者認為答案是因為英國的relationship between commercial theaters and court was different after Civil War. 在歐洲大陸，專業女演員早就出現了，只是英國的觀眾並不接受女演員。有人說court是commercial theaters的分支，也就是說 commercial theaters的觀眾和court的觀眾是同一類人，但作者認為他們雖然有關係，但不是絕對。其實court的觀眾並不排斥女演員，可是commercial theaters的觀眾會排斥。第三段後來戰爭爆發了，許多theaters關閉。直到英國皇室復辟後，皇室才又在英國開啟theaters，不過由於這些commercial theaters是在皇室的支持下開始的，所以它們對女演員的態度也一樣，和court的觀眾一樣都是支持專業女演員的。大概就這樣，就可以回答問題了。短閱講自從電腦的digital photograph 出現之後，傳統的照相的客觀性和表達自然的特性就受到了質疑。因為digital photograph在外觀上和傳統的照相是一樣的，人們無法分辨哪些是照相的事實，那些是經過電腦的修改的，有人甚至提議凡是 digital的都在照片上加個”M”，以之和傳統照相區別。但作者指出傳統照相要經過暗房沖洗等等過程，也是一定程度上的”修改”。而其實傳統照相是必須根據事實而攝影，但是digital photograph 可以不需有真正的景物就可以做出。第一題是傳統照相和digital , differ from? 不同之處為何? 答案在第二段，就是傳統照相必須依據事實，而digital 則否。第二題是作者對於那些認為傳統照相可以表達客觀性的人的”態度”是? 是否定的字，具體單字我忘了。 MATH 1 If 'x' is the unit digit of 11^24 - 1.
