[問題] ETS寄來一張紙

Due to a technical issue, one or more of the GRE General Test appointment(s)
that you scheduled on June 27 or June 28, 2010, could not be finalized.
If you did not receive a confirmation of your test appointment, it will be
necessary to register again. A full refund of the test fee(s) has been
credited back to the original credit card.
1. 我是6/26報名的，有收到確認信，信用卡也有扣款。
2. 他信中提到6/27 or 6/28報名，會不會是搞錯人了@@?
3. 信中提到有退款給我，可是我看帳戶並沒有匯錢進來。
4. 7/2的信，昨天就到台灣了，好快阿?!
5. 最酷的是，說明的那張紙上有我家的完整地址，可是信封上面卻沒有地址XDD
6. ETS幹嘛不發e-mail就好....................
7. 這種情況寄信去問ETS會有回覆嗎??
