[問題] 請教取消考試退費的問題

我在去年 11/12 取消在 11/25 的考試，有收到取消確認信： Your appointment for the GRE revised General Test listed below has been canceled. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TEST REGISTRATION INFORMATION ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Test Name: GRE revised General Test Test Date: Tuesday, November 25, 2014 Appointment Time: 10:00 AM Local Time. Plan to be at the test center for approximately 5 hours. Test Center: STN11432A - Merica Group 6F, No. 8 Nan-Yang St. TAIPEI 但一直到最近沒有收到退款 (已跟信用卡公司確認) 前幾天寫信去問，並附上當時的取消確認信，結果最後收到這封信： Thanks for writing! Please be advised, we are unable to issue a refund. Our records indicate that you did not cancel within the refund guidelines. In accordance with GRE® policy, you must cancel your computer-based GRE revised General Test appointment no later than four days prior to your appointment (10 full days for individuals in Mainland China).
