IELTS Listening: Multiple Choice
This lesson gives you a chance to practice multiple choice questions in the Li
stening Module. Multiple choice questions may ask you to choose one, two, or e
ven three things from a list labeled a, b, c, and so on. These things might be
reasons for something or the uses of something. Sometimes it might be easier
to just cross off the choices that seem impossible, and then confirm the ones
that are left. Multiple choice questions may also be simple sentence-completio
n questions, where the question contains the beginning and the choices (a b c
) contain the endings. You won't be able to rely on linking them by using gram
mar, as most of the given choices will make grammatically correct sentences.
