[問題] 文部科學省獎學金MEXT 台灣人不能申請？
最近通過東大公共政策大學院的國際學程
Master of Public Policy/International Program (MPP/IP)
第一階段的書面審查
(第二階段的面試沒有被安排Skype真人面試，說之前申請時提交的Kira Talent錄影面試
已經足夠）
然後收到學校發來的email通知說可以申請2/18截止文部科學省獎學金MEXT Scholarship
(這個email應該是發給所有通過第一階段書面審查的人)
不過我後來爬文發現台灣人好像不能申請MEXT，因為跟日本政府沒有邦交關係
在guideline上也有寫：
“Nationality: Applicants must have the nationality of a country with diplomat
ic relations with the Japanese government. Applicants who have Japanese nation
ality at the time of application are ineligible. However, Japanese nationals t
hat reside outside of Japan at the time of application, having dual citizenshi
p with another country, and plan on relinquishing their Japanese nationality b
efore arrival, may apply.”
上一篇在ptt分享說台灣人不能申請MEXT的文章是2009年，不知道十年過了還是一樣嗎？
我知道因此有交流協會獎學金，但交協對於2020/09入學的，要在前一年六月就考試了。
但那時候MPP/IP連2020的招生簡章都還沒出來...
如果申請英文授課項目的台灣人沒辦法申請MEXT，又錯過交協的獎學金申請時程的話，是
不是沒有其他獎學金可以申請了？
