【事務所名稱】 寬喆股份有限公司 【工作型態】 Legal Assistant 【工作內容】 1. Organize and maintain physical and electronic documents for trademark filin g and contentious proceedings using the firm’s docketing database. 2. Assist with and perform trademark searches using Taiwan IPO’s database and conduct the search report for review. 3. Maintain calendar with deadlines and important dates from clients. 4. Preparing, typing, editing, storing, retrieving, printing, processing, scan ning and electronically filing all sort of documents and materials. 5. Delivery documents in person and regular visit to the post office. 6. Other admin matters that are assigned by the manager. 【工作地點】 台北市南京東路四段1號8樓 【工作時間】 Monday to Friday 9:30 to 6:30. Lunch break: 12 pm to 1 pm. 【薪資範圍】 28,000+ 【公司福利】 Bonus 1-3 months (based on performance) 【特別條件】 1. Fluent in reading and written English. 2.
