真的非常謝謝各位先進的回答，尤其是Gorbachov的精闢分析. 對於ca跟ny bar的不同點我大致上有了一定的了解. 但是對於拿到bar之後，回到台灣市場的附加價值部分，我還是有一些困惑. 是因為台灣走涉外案件的事務所太少了嗎?. 取得bar資格在一些像是理律、jonse day或是國際通商事務
