It's broad spectrum of IT design, procurement, project management and maintenance services, includes 24/7 managed network and systems support. We have an opening for a technical professional to function as a Field Service Engineer. We are looking for a self-motivated, dedicated individual who is ready to put their technical skills to work in a fast-paced, customer focused environment. Utilizing your technical knowledge, you will have the responsibility of responding to customer calls in a timely and efficient manner to troubleshoot, analyze and diagnose HP, Dell and IBM servers in a critical environment. [工作職稱\內容] Customer Service Engineer [徵才條件] Job Description: " Install, troubleshoot, and maintain client equipment (e.g. HP/Dell/IBM Servers). " Identify, analyze, and repairs product failures. " Maintain and order spare parts as needed. " Determine and recommend which product or services best fit the customers' needs. " Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. " Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures a plus. Experience and Skills Required: " Possess positive attitude and strong analytical skills " Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently without supervision and within a team environment " Must possess a professional demeanor and the ability to develop effective working relationships with end users and stakeholders " Should be a good team player " Working experience with Hardware RAID (e.g. IBM ServeRAID, HP SmartArray, Dell PERC) " Working experience with Remote Access Cards (e.g. IBM IMM, HP iLo, Dell iDRAC) " Working experience with IBM BladeCenter " Working experience with HP BL\DL\ML series " Working experience with Dell PowerEdge series. " CompTia A+ and/or Server+ certification a plus.
