MIS 工程師
- Support both office-based and remote staff though the use of remote control technologies where appropriate.
- Ensuring the all requests for technical support have a corresponding open ticket, and resolved in the shortest time possible.
- Escalating problems and being main contact window to Help Desk or appropriate second level support as required.
- Provide IT related trainings to end-users and stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate delivery of new hardware, install operating system and application software on new computers and printers to ensure effective workstation established. Ensure software is configured to company standards and maintain inventory/assets of hardware and software.
- Proactive monitoring of all end-user machines to arrest potential issues before they become reality.
- Managing anti-spyware, anti-virus, anti-SPAM initiatives on all workstations.
幫忙公司同仁解決軟硬體上和電腦上的問題(例如防火牆,灌軟體,網路連線...)

1.三-五年MIS工作經驗
2.英文中上,可以英文回報問題或者偶爾緊急時電話英文通告
