MB台灣在徵質化研究員唷～ --- [Job Title] Research Associate (Qualitative) [Location] 台北市中山區 [Job Description] The Research Associate is part of the Firefly Client Service team in our Taiwan office.The primary responsibility is to provide support to senior managers in maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients and running projects. The role will be learning on the job the basic skills of market research in Firefly Client Service under close supervision from manager and senior account team members. [Key Responsibilities] 1. Supports team leaders to complete projects based on client requirements and provides day to day administrative assistance to senior team members 2. Contributes to the overall smooth running of the team 3. Acts as a liaison between the Client and MB on project-related issues with supervision, ensuring that Client’s needs are being met 4. Day to day involvement with client projects, including designing topic and interview guides, involvement in focus groups/in-depth interviews and other qualitative approaches, liaison with project management, interpretation and development of recommendations, preparation of presentation of findings, liaison with CSS 5. Develop presentation skills, including looking for best possible ways to present the information/graphics 6. Demonstrate some basic marketing knowledge 7. Gain an understanding of individual job costs, monitoring job costs throughout the project, under supervision 8. Work on/draft and attend business pitches/proposals with senior members of team 9. Build and develop a good working knowledge of key MB qualitative tools and techniques [Key Requirements] 1. College or above, and at least 1-2 years of working experience 2. Strong interest in market research 3. Meticulous, attention to detail and accuracy, good analytical skills 4. A positive and proactive team player with strong communication skills 5.
