[請益] 這段英文是在敘述什麼呢?
大家好,首先我不是機械相關的學生...
因為這段好像有敘述到機械的東西,不知道PO在這裡對不對..
如果PO錯版我會自刪~~還請大家鞭小力點><
這段是討論通心麵硬度的測量方法~
附上原文以及我的翻譯:
macaroni:通心麵
The firmness of macaroni was measured according to the method described by
Walsh and Gilles (1971) with some modifications using a Universal texture
measuring system (LLOYDS instruments, LR-5 K, Hampshire, UK). Cooked macaroni
samples were immediately transferred to a 250 ml beaker containing distilled
water, at room temperature.
通心麵硬度的測量根據Walsh and Gilles (1971) 描述的方法,使用通用的紋理測量系統
(LLOYDS instruments, LR-5 K, Hampshire, UK)作了些修改。
煮過的通心麵樣品立即轉移到裝有蒸餾水的250毫升燒杯裡,置於室溫。
Two cooked macaroni strands were placed on a sample holder parallel to each
other and sheared using an aluminum-shearing blade.
使用鋁合金刀片切割成2條通心麵,放置在彼此平行的樣品架上。
(是用GOOGLE翻譯後 再用我的爛英文拼湊出來的..感覺不太順= =)
The shear was performed at a crosshead speed of 10 mm/min and a load cell of
5 kg.The force (gf) required to shear the macaroni was measured in
triplicate and the average value was reported.
接著這段我就卡住了...
看不懂"crosshead speed of 10 mm/min and a load cell of 5 kg."是甚麼意思...
不曉得要怎麼翻才好,
"The force (gf) required to shear the macaroni"
請問force (gf)是指通心麵的甚麼??
"measured in triplicate and the average value was reported."
指重覆測量3次取平均值並記錄嗎?
因為辜狗了crosshead speed跟load cell好像是機器的某單位(?)
而我真的對機械術語一竅不通才來這邊求助...
如果不能PO在這邊我會再轉去翻譯版~~

謝謝~我有去看試驗機的原理..可是看了還是一頭霧水(冏),
參考了l大的敘述翻了最後一段..
"用5KG的力,在每分鐘10毫米速度下剪切,重覆測量3次取平均值記錄。"
不知這樣有沒有貼近原意一點....
