其中提到Superficial velocity is used in many engineering equations because it is the value which is usually readily known and unambiguous, whereas real velocity is often variable from place to place, its mean not readily available in complex flow systems, and subject to assumptions.
是不是代表表面速度僅能當成一種理論，而在實質的流體裡，僅僅只是假設值，想聽聽大家的看法
