小弟想請教一下以下幾個定義:
1.Hemstitching (Kellering): Hemstitching is a term commonly used to describe the
characteristic displacement of the surface resulting from certain techniques in
numerical controlled or tracer controlled machining. The hemstitching pattern
results on flat, inclined or contoured surfaces using ball-nosed end mills or on
inclined or contoured surfaces using end mill or face mill cutters
2.Ramp: A cutter ramp is a special case of mismatch, at intersections of non-vertical
flanges with webs. Cutter ramps are used to reduce machining cost of parts
小弟不是非常地清楚這個定義指的是什麼?有高手大大可以幫忙解惑嗎?
