[討論] 公司同一部門的薪資標準
各位前輩就當作抱怨文來看吧,
在這間傳產外銷公司的研發部門待了三年,
都是在帶產品開發專案,
因為負責的產品是需要時間無數次的測試驗證,
所以目前還無法導入量產,可能因此調薪不高;
這三年期間的工作量都一直保持著滿檔,
一直被老闆、客戶、業務不斷地壓縮時間,
曾經有連續一個月都晚上10-12點下班,
還有數次做到凌晨2-4點,
就是為了「客戶要看」「老闆要看」「測試要完成」,
隔天仍依照「上班打卡制,下班責任制」正常作息,
當然....這些加班,都是沒加班費的,
今年公司的生意很好,業務從客戶手中拿到數樣開發案,
研發部因此需要更多人手來負責案子,
所以從過年後就開始應徵專案工程師、研發專員,
本來也沒去多想什麼,後來從一位同部門即將離職,
且和我同時間點進公司的同事口中得知,
這批進來的新同事,新資都在N+8k以上,
聽完當下覺得沒什麼,不必計較這麼多,
每個人進公司前與公司談妥相互之間適合的價碼就好,
但近日看那幾位新同事,
發現有專業知識及能力不太足夠,
此時心中就產生質疑「為何應聘進來學習的人員薪資會比我高?????!」
是有聽說公司從年初應徵人員都不順利,
自己猜想是否因此而用較高的薪資來應徵人員,
不但如此,而且專業知識與技能的標準變低了,
此時的我,是應該找更好舞台的時候,
但這案子目前已經有一定的成果了,真想把它完成
