[問題] About IEEE GLOBECOM 2008
請問板上有人收到今年 GLOBECOM 2009的comment了嗎?
我今天收到信，信中內容如下
The Technical Program Committee has completed the first phase of the paper
review process. Each paper has been reviewed by at least three(3)
international experts. Each review includes a number of comments and a number
of scores.
At this time, we invite all authors to access EDAS and see the comments
provided by the reviewers. Note that the authors will be able to see only the
comments, not the scores at this point. You are also welcome, if you wish,
to provide a brief rebuttal (up to 2000 characters). The rebuttal phase will
end on June 5, 2009 by midnight (EDT). Your rebuttals will be used in the
paper selection process
想請問幾個問題
(1) 是否所有人都有機會可以申覆paper的缺點或是爭議的地方? 還是只有介於上與不上
之間的作者有這個機會?
(因為有朋友說他好像沒有收到，以及不同的session好像deadline不同)
(2) 是否有前輩有經驗在其它的IEEE conference有提出像這樣的申覆，申覆過後被
accept機會大嗎?
以上兩個問題，請板上各位前輩多多指教，小弟感謝大家的幫忙!
