[問題] 一個reviewer comment 的問題(英文)
近來投的一篇論文
一部份Reviewer意見如下
In my view the revised paper is still too lengthy, apparently
longer than the original one.
I would suggest publishing the current version as two papers.
One, under the current title that covers the material until
^^^^^
Section 3 exclusive, and the other, covering the rest of the material.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
這邊的 until Section 3 exclusive
是指寫到 section3 就好，還是 指 section3 不要放
我問過老師，他說照英文看應該是寫到section 3
可我另一個同學認為是section 3拿掉，而我本來也是這樣想
因為結果與討論在section 4，這部分比 section 3的實驗方法重要
所以在這裡想請教一下各位前輩，until Section 3 exclusive 的真正意思
