[問題] 轉投問題
各位大大好，
我兩個禮拜前投了一篇至美國某工程師學會底下的一個期刊(A期刊)
兩個禮拜後，A期刊告訴我們，根據我們的主題應投到B期刊(同樣隸屬於某美國工程師
學會發行的)
於是我們要投B期刊
現在在B期刊的投稿系統裡
有一題
Was an earlier version of the paper previously considered and declined by
AXXE? Declined manuscripts are sent through the review process again. If your
manuscript has been submitted to us before under a different title, please
provide that title in the space provided below. It is our policy to inform an
editor that a manuscript has been previously reviewed, even when it has been
reviewed by a different Division, Institute, or Council within AXXE.
我該如何回答呢？之前A期刊似乎連review也沒有review？
