[徵求] Position for Postdoc at Dept. of MSE, NCKU

Postdoc
Discription:
Working in Prof. Chuan-Pu Liu's Lab; We are developing growth strategies
for growing nitride nanomaterials to be applied in various optoelectric
devices. we need the candidates working in growth of epitaxial nitride
nanostructures; or related device fabrication and analysis;
or material characterization by TEM etc.
Essential Responsibilities:
Growth of semiconductor nano-materials and characterization;
Device fabrication
Qualification:
1. Doctorate in Materials Science, Nanoengineering, or related field.
2. Demonstatrted hands-on proficiency in TEM characterization,
preferably experiences with aberration corrector.
3. Preferably knowledge and experience in fabrication of nano-device
and nitride growth with MBE.
Location:
Department of Materials Science & Engineering,
National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan
Working time:
AM9:00~PM18:00 from Monday to Friday
As soon as possible for one year,
with possible extension for more years depending on performance.
Salary:
NT 55000 per month
