(KOTAI, Osaka, Japan) is a spinout from Osaka University's world leading research center, Immunology Frontier Research Center (IFReC) launched in 2016. Our unique and sophisticated bioinformatics based on deep structure understandings has enabled us to analyze high throughput sequencing data of the immune systems such as I- mmune repertoire (BCR, TCR, antibodies, etc) and RNA-seq data. KOTAI is working on di- scoveries of new biomarkers and therapeutic compounds through the repertoire analysis in the collaborations with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies as well as acad- emic institutions. We recruit researchers for the algorithm development of structural bioinformatics on Immunology. In addition to the conventional NGS analysis, we are intensively working on structure-based analysis of in-house high-throughput antibody/TCR data analysis. Another critical goal of structure-based study in the domain is the applications to improvement of drug modalities: therapeutic antibody and T-cell therapy. To this end, we need to develop and improve our bioinformatics algorithms by integra- tions of different experimental data types and approaches. We welcome researchers who are eager to develop new algorithms, work on new data with experimentalists and contribute to the society by developing new therapies. Since in- dividuals of the company are working with people with different backgrounds, they have to be team players and good communicators.
