因為IEEE的computer society和其他solid-state的格式. 多多少少有些不同. 其實光看版面差別還滿大的. 想要問有沒有人在Transaciton of Computers上有投稿過的經驗. 想請教他們的peer review版本有沒有限定圖文要在最後面出現. 因為我在他們網
