[問題] 為什麼主管總是提離職後才會正視需求?
假設該員真的是有能力的人,工作上也有具體績效,
但是對職務有不滿時跟主管提想改善,
(ex.薪水+2000/職位掛高工)
為何主管總是不會積極處理,只當做在抱怨。
等到真的按離職,什麼薪水+5000up/掛副理都出來了。
為什麼一開始簡單就能達到的事,非要逼到人要走才加狂加條件?
是因為平常太多嘴砲,讓他們覺得該員只是說說,不會真的走;
還是該員做的在主管眼中根本是小績效而已,不值一提也就不值得馬上理會;
還是因為主管就是覺得真的遇到再來說,留不住就算了,不差這一個?
版眾的見解呢?
