Farrell's英式手工香腸怎麼來?
Farrell 2007年在澳洲認識了現在的太太,他因此來到台灣。嘗試了各種台灣的美食但是
始終想念英國老家的食物,於是他開始按照英國古老的食譜自己嘗試做香腸,經過不斷的
嘗試與改良,他決定開始推廣家鄉風味的香腸,讓台灣新朋友們和在台灣的外國人們都有
機會嘗試到英式美食!
除了周末在通化早市擺攤,現在也提供網路訂單!可宅配,外送!
Farrell's英式手工香腸
每日限量現做,完全不含任何人工添加物和防腐劑,採用台灣溫體黑豬肉和乾淨的豬腸衣
配合各式新鮮西式香料,不同於台灣式香腸甜味感,更多了香氣! 您可以放少許油用小火
慢煎,或者放到烤箱烤! 搭配麵包吐司,打上一顆蛋,加一些薯條和培根還有英國茄汁烤
豆就是一個經典英式早餐!
小叮嚀:香腸不能放太久喔,建議您盡快食用,如需久存請放置冷凍庫。

Farrell's Sausages is a small home run buisiness in Taipei making excellent
handmade sausages following age old recipes whilst also creating new ones.
The English sausage is made in a similar way to a Taiwanese sausage but
tastes completely different and is eaten cooked from fresh or frozen. Unlike
the Taiwanese sausage the English sausages are not dried nor sweetened and
contain many different herbs and spices.
Choose from our superb range of high quality English sausages.* 50nt delivery
charge for customers living in Taipei City or New Taipei City (Taipei
county). Customers living outside of Taipei or New Taipei City (Taipei
county) delivery costs will vary contact me for details. For our online store

* 50nt delivery may not be available to all areas at certain busy periods. In

The English sausage is a fresh sausage blended with many different herbs and
spices. It can be enjoyed anyway you wish from bangers n mash to being
chopped up in a salad, or eaten on it's own. Use your imaginations!
To cook you can fry, grill, roast, bbq or even steam. If you fry the
sausages; use a little oil just enough to lightly grease the pan, heat up the
pan and place your sausage in the pan, turn to a low heat at first until
whitened, then gradually increase to a medium heat, cook until slightly brown
on the outside and cooked throughout, turning occasionally.
