而不是D 為什麼??

好像沒人問這題我才PO上來討論
正確解答上是說，把MUCH當成形容詞，所以後面要加名詞
可是我的疑問來了..查字典Much不是也可以當副詞用嗎??eg: much higher, much taller
怎麼知道這邊的MUCH是當形容詞??誰可以告訴我一下

疑問：正確答案是D
而不是A 為什麼??
這題目恐怕要請"手上有書"的人來回答依下，因為它是雙篇的reading
Reading中的第二篇倒數第四段有提到他想要refund 2000元，也就是全額退費
(I feel a refund of the entire registration fee, §2000 is a required in this
case. Please remedy this situation as soon as possible.)
全額退費也就是說他不喜歡這個seminars in gerneral,所以答案應該是A吧
怎麼會是D，雖然D也可以選，不過稿不懂為什麼A錯??????
