疑問：為甚麼是A 不是 D
剛剛有找前面的文章，前面的說法是did是替代了 keeping the temperature....
所以空白處是替代前面的many offices.
那為什麼空格位置不是代替前面的policy 而是 offices??
還是did 是替代前面的 have a policy of ........呢?
覺得有點小疑惑
