[討論] 請教一則文法 (出自TOEIC必考單字600)
這個題目出自"新TOEIC必考單字600"的Lession 30, p.199

that country's market to provide a safe investment.
(A) Fluctuated
(B) Fluctuating
(C) Fluctuation
(D) Fluctuate
我因為看到有does，就選了(D)
而正確答案是(B)
我不太明白這個文法，請問有人可以幫忙解惑一下嗎？
