[題目] 新TOEIC高分聖經文法
題目：
Those ____ on international flights should arrive at the airport
at least one hour before departure time.
(A) departing
(B) departed
(C) depart
(D) departs
疑問：為甚麼是A而不是C,我知道不及物動詞沒有被動所以B去掉
然後Those是that複數所以D去掉,但是A C我就分不太出來了
請問這句要怎麼分析?
