[請問] 日本料理 拿碗下去燙的意義?
最近看日本料理介紹平民日本食堂,發現裝麵前,師父都會拿碗下去煮麵的鍋轉一圈是什麼原因?而且不只一間店這樣做,是要讓碗預熱嗎? 可是感覺很奇怪不會不衛生嗎?
