Kramer-Hämmerle S,HIV type 1 Nef promotes neoplastic transformation of
immortalized neural cells.S Res Hum Retroviruses. 2001 May 1;17(7):597-602.
These in vivo data suggest that Nef promotes neoplastic transformation of
immortalized murine neural stem cells and enhances malignancy of
low-tumorigenic human astrocytoma cells. Nef may therefore be involved
in the development of AIDS-associated brain tumors.
重點是有很多人目前在做HIV-nef 對 malignant transformation的研究，比如
Lehmann MH, HIV-1 Nef upregulates CCL2/MCP-1 expression in astrocytes in a
myristoylation- and calmodulin-dependent manner.

這題問的是何者跟transformation無關，看這種研究結果應該不能說HIV-nef無關吧
