Foci of high FDG activity in patients with brain tumors may represent active
seizure centers near the surgical bed and not necessarily residual viable
tumor. Slice-by-slice comparison with CT or MR in multiple imaging planes
will clarify this finding as a seizure focus lacking the presence of a mass.
The primary role for PET is to determine the side of temporal lobe seizure
for surgical resection.
因此MRI和PET都可以在癲癇手術找出病灶, 故答案建議為A或B
