[問題] 關於PPU術式申報
不小心地 ~ 最近接二連三開了幾個PPU
想請問一下版上GS的先進前輩
有關健保申報的問題
Gastric / duodenal ulcer perforation with peritonitis
做了 gastrorrhaphy / duodenorrhaphy with omental patch and multiple drainage
只能單單申報 72019B (胃縫合術) / 72018B (十二指腸縫合術) 嗎 ？
還是可以另外申報 75801C (Drainage of intraabdominal abscess for
acute perforation peritonitis) 呢 ？
若申報，有無前輩被健保核刪的前例呢？
新手上路，懇請賜教，感激^^

因為這類病人普遍社經狀況不佳很難顧，
最近的幾個每個都老煙槍，術後痰超多
還有一個有酗酒成癮，一個敗血性休克併急性腎衰竭
健保點數 卻跟appendectomy 差不多 呵呵
