To provide professional consultation of drafting and editing in English
language on the topics of:
1. labor affairs and vocational training,
2. international cooperation related MOU and/or treaties,
3. attending and/or hosting international conference and other relevant events

Qualifications
1. B.A. degree and above; labor affairs, human resource development, public
policy, law, economics, medical or health relevant degrees are preferred.
2. Candidates whose mother language is English and have excellent English
writing, editing, research and communication skills.
3. Capable of taking and editing minutes of international meetings under
pressure and time constraint is mandatory.
4. Experience with international organization meetings, forums, committees
and working groups and also their document patterns.
5. Background or experiences involved in international organizations,
international non-governmental organizations, overseas volunteering or
government affairs are preferred.
6. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office applications are essential and
mandatory.
7. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Interview and Test: Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in
the selection process which will consist of a written test (50%) and an oral
interview (50%)
