[閒聊] 今年結果似乎比較慢&4/15期限
我申請的是EE,ECE PhD 光電,奈米領域
只有UCF是optics
總共申請16間 目前只有2ad,2rej
但是拿到admission的學校都沒有funding
目前是傾向繼續等有funding的學校
寄信去問很多都說大約要3月底四月才有結果
甚至UCI說有可能到5月
但現在又怕4/15前要有回覆(U Minnesota), 寄信去問他也沒說deadline是什麼時候
但是4月中我應該在酷熱的基地裡被管休= =
不管要回復或等結果都很麻煩
所以現在很頭痛~
每次放假去看thegradcafe 總有少數我也有申請的學校的結果
不知道真假如何
懸著一顆心不知道自己是在waiting list上 還是有可能是別的領域放榜而已
寄信問馬都說還在審 還要再等
CU-Boulder寄信還說
Please note that *no* university--not even ours--should pressure you to
decide to attend nor accept a funding offer *prior to* 15 April, per an
agreement signed by the top several hundred U.S. universities. It is your
right, as an applicant, to inform universities only on 15 April, of your
final decision, regarding acceptance of a funding offer.
真搞不清楚今年的情況
