Oakland only 5 minutes walking from Cathedral of learning and CMU, 1/2 block off of Fifth on Dithridge, and on the bus line. $580 or 400/month includes all utilities (ECPECT the internet fee, total is arond $50month/). 現在有一個伊朗人CMU博士班的學生住在客廳,所以只要有人住在客廳就是400/month. 如果只有兩個人住的話是580/month ◎ Heating, water, electricity for free ◎ Cable and Internet ready ◎ closets ◎ Air conditioners in every room ◎ 24hr doorman building ◎ Rooftop deck ◎ Apt. gets great sunlight ◎ Washer and dryer on every other floor of building ◎ Dishwasher and Garbage disposal ◎ Off street parking and indoor parking available upon request ◎ Brand New kitchen appliances ◎Cooking utensils, pots and pans, vacuum cleaner, coffeemaker, plates and glasses including for no extra charge. ◎ The contrast should be signed 7 months.
