On Campus Apartment (The Atriums) for Rent/Sublease starting From June 30 It's a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment located in the Atriums at La Rue Park. - 1st floor - 10-15 mins walking or 6 mins biking to school. - Right across street to the University Mall (UMall), less than 1 min walking to the Trade Joe's supermarket. The UMall has Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Subway and Starbucks. - 3 mins walking to Rite Aid (Drugstore). - 3 mins walking to ARC (Gym Center of UCD). - Free WiFi and Free Parking. - No child is allowed so it is a quiet place to live and study. - Central heating/air conditioning, dishwasher/microwave, handicapped access, laundry, storage, patios, study room, and volleyball court.
