Sublease Dates: from end of May to August 5, 2012 (noon).
Rent: $468/month (NEGOTIABLE).
Rent includes heating, electricity, water, sewer, trash removal, recycling,
TV (basic), monthly pest control service, and maintenance.
You need to pay for the Internet ($20/month).
Efficiency apartment with your own kitchen, bed, desk, closet, new AC (I got
new one last summer) etc. Also, I can give you my TV and some other stuff
if you want. Bathroom is shared with your next room.
Great location (4 min walk to Quad).
Female only.
