I am looking to sublease my room for the winter term (January to April) or
longer, starting in January 2013. The apartment is a spacious, furnished,
recently renovated 2Br duplex with 1.5 baths. It is located close to central
campus, only a 5min walk to the business school. Heat, hot water, and internet
are included in the rent and laundry on-site. Roommate is a male Taiwanese 2nd
